Inspiration.

This whole record was born out of long jam sessions with one of my best friends Ben (Awoma). We were both living in London at the time and we would spend hours getting creative, listening to music, jamming, and working on ideas. The tracks deal with a range of emotions, from joy to despair, and really reflect what we were both feeling at that time.

Recording.

All of these songs were recorded over an incredible weekend in London at Tyro Studios with Awoma, GJ and Chunky. They were produced and engineered by our good friend Marcus Cormack.
