Inspiration.

I wrote Tides in a time just after I’d finished uni and was working a job I really didn’t enjoy. I went on a travel trip to The Gambia (didn’t know it was called that) with my cousins and realised that something needed to change.

I returned home, to Liverpool, and wrote most of the songs in my bathroom as I loved the way my acoustic guitar sounded in there.

This EP deals with our sense of belonging and purpose and symbolises a shift in my perspective on life.

Recording.

All the tracks on the record were recorded in London over the course of a week by an amazing producer and engineer, and friend Steve.
